| Announcement Detail | Pursuant to the wheat supply agreement signed with the General Food Security Authority (GFSA) (formerly known as the Saudi Grains Organization)(SAGO) on 30 November 2020G, and to the pricing policy which ended on 12 July 2025G, First Milling Company announces that it has not received any official notification from the General Food Security Authority (GFSA) indicating any change to the pricing policy. Accordingly, the current subsidy policy will remain in effect as of 13 July 2025G. First Milling Company reaffirms its commitment to supporting the objectives of National Food Security by ensuring the provision of high-quality products and maintaining sufficient production capacities to meet the needs of the Saudi market in the best possible manner.
